A complete refurbishment and fit-out of the corporate office for GlaxoSmithKline, a leading global pharmaceutical and healthcare company, designed to create a functional, efficient, and contemporary workplace aligned with its international standards. The spatial strategy adopts an open-plan office concept that maximizes usability and flexibility, incorporating hot-desking to achieve an optimized staff-to-desk ratio of 8:10. The design fosters a productive and dynamic work environment, balancing utilitarian efficiency with a cohesive and engaging spatial experience.
